This extensive renovation project at a high-rise building in Atlantic City included crucial structural repairs to maintain safety and integrity. Our team completed a variety of repairs, including the restoration of precast plank sections, concrete-reinforced beam repairs, and column stabilization. Additionally, a permanent bearing steel support system was installed to strengthen the building’s structure. We also addressed water infiltration issues, including waterproofing of ocean balconies and the pool deck, to protect the building from the harsh coastal environment. These efforts helped to extend the lifespan of the building while ensuring the safety and comfort of its residents and visitors.
