Oaklyn Apartments

This historic building, over 100 years old, underwent a comprehensive structural restoration to preserve its architectural integrity while ensuring its continued functionality. The project included brick pinning, lintel replacements, and selective brick replacements to reinforce the building’s structure. We also installed a new TPO roofing system to improve the building’s weather resistance and energy efficiency. The project further involved the application of advanced envelope waterproofing techniques to prevent moisture intrusion, ensuring the longevity and sustainability of this iconic property. Through careful planning and execution, we successfully balanced the needs of historic preservation with modern construction standards.
