Located directly along the Atlantic Ocean, this waterfront condominium property required extensive exterior restoration to address concrete deterioration, water intrusion, aging stucco finishes, deteriorated balconies, and the effects of long-term coastal exposure.
The project included complete removal and replacement of the existing stucco façade system. Lasher installed a new exterior wall assembly designed to improve weather resistance, moisture management, durability, and long-term building performance.
