This 14-story high-rise, featuring a penthouse, required the installation of a structural steel exoskeleton for each of its eight towers, along with the incorporation of uplift beams for added stability. The project also included extensive facade restoration, structural pinning, and the removal of the existing catwalk. Comprehensive waterproofing was applied throughout the building to ensure long-term protection against the elements, enhancing both the building’s structural integrity and its aesthetic appeal.
