Bal Harbour Hotel

This extensive structural and waterproofing project for a large family hotel spanned over three years, addressing a wide range of complex needs. Key project components included constructing a new tower structure within the existing six-story building to support the loads on each floor level. Additionally, significant repairs were made to hollow core precast planks, post-tension cables, and concrete toppings, while replacing railings and guardrails throughout the facility. Structural restoration and reinforcement were applied to the parking garage, including shoring, reinforced concrete beam repairs, and column repairs. The project also involved substantial electrical, plumbing, and drainage work to ensure the continued functionality and safety of the hotel.
