Located directly on the Atlantic City beachfront, this high-rise condominium property required extensive repairs to address concrete deterioration, reinforcing steel corrosion, structural deficiencies, and the effects of long-term exposure to harsh coastal conditions
The project included reinforced concrete restoration, structural concrete repairs, deteriorated rebar replacement, corrosion mitigation, structural steel restoration, and protective coating systems designed to improve durability and extend the service life of critical building components. Damaged concrete was removed and reconstructed, while deteriorated reinforcing steel was repaired or replaced to restore structural integrity and long-term performance.
