Lasher Construction completed a large-scale structural restoration and building envelope rehabilitation project at The Ritz Condominiums in Atlantic City, New Jersey. As one of Atlantic City’s most recognizable historic high-rise condominium buildings, the property required extensive repairs to address structural deterioration, water intrusion, aging building components, and long-term maintenance concerns. The project included the installation of structural steel exoskeleton systems, reinforced concrete restoration, masonry and brick repairs, façade rehabilitation, waterproofing improvements, roofing repairs, expansion joint replacement, and comprehensive caulking and sealant restoration. Working across multiple building systems allowed our team to deliver a coordinated restoration solution designed to improve structural integrity, occupant safety, and long-term building performance.
Concrete restoration work included the removal and replacement of deteriorated concrete, reinforcing steel repairs, corrosion mitigation, structural patching, and restoration of damaged structural elements throughout the property.
